Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the span of a year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she placed third. In summer 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and returned with a 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she does.
