Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer at Learning Ally, responsible for leading all aspects of our People, Talent and Culture processes. Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across various industries, working with the leaders and teams in order to enhance performance of their businesses, specifically when there is growth or rapidly changing environments by designing, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have included planning for organizational and performance as well as employee engagement, and change management. She loves learning and sees the development of leaders as well as teams as the biggest competitive benefit. Her extensive experience includes working for Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to coach and develop leaders, with successful results, she helped foster corporate cultures that promote changing and learning. While Annmarie is inspired to invest her talents and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she is currently providing support for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. Annmarie also offers training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. The Hospitality Healthcare Network is a professional association that is a non-profit organization that provides the opportunity for networking and advocacy to hospitals that provide hospitality services.
